    Goodman and Zalando partner to develop the largest logistics centre in Poland

    Goodman, a global leading owner, developer, and manager of logistics real estate, has signed an agreement for the development of a 130,000 sqm logistics centre in Poland for Zalando, the leading online platform for fashion in Europe. The fulfilment centre, located in Gryfino near Szczecin, will be one of the largest single occupier development projects in Poland. The new centre will be Zalando’s first logistics hub in the CEE region and the fourth consecutive time Goodman has been selected as its real estate partner.

    Goodman developing a 48,200 sqm distribution centre for leading automotive brand in Germany

    Goodman Group has commenced the development of a 48,200 sqm distribution centre for the BMW Group in Landshut, Bavaria. The new facility will be directly linked to BMW Group's existing production plant, which is located adjacent to the new facility. Construction of the distribution centre began in March 2016 and the handover is planned for mid-2017.

    Goodman completes Stage 1 of its US$1.5 billion Goodman Business Park and commences development of Stage 2 with positive leasing momentum

    Goodman yesterday held an onsite ceremony to mark the completion of Stage 1 of Goodman Business Park, a large-scale, master-planned logistics and business park in Chiba Newtown, a strategic location with excellent transport connectivity in a vibrant and growing residential and business area. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Kensaku Morita, Governor of Chiba Prefecture and Mr. Masanao Itakura, Mayor of Inzai City who both gave congratulatory speeches.

    Goodman and Giesbers partner to develop new European distribution centre for Nabuurs in the Netherlands

    Goodman Group, a global owner, developer and manager of industrial real estate, has partnered with GiesbersGroep, a construction and development company, to develop a new 61,700 sqm European distribution centre (EDC) for logistics service provider Nabuurs Supply Chain Solutions. The pre-lease deal is one of the largest logistics real estate projects signed in the Netherlands over the past 12 months. Construction will start next month and the new facility will be located at the Park15 Logistics Parc in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region, the Netherlands. Nabuurs will lease the new facility from Goodman on completion of the development in early 2017. Giesbers realizes the development of the EDC turnkey commissioned by Goodman.
