How a complaint will be resolved
All complaints are taken seriously and will be responded to immediately and resolved within 45 days. If you are a retail investor and we cannot resolve your complaint within 45 days or you are unhappy with the outcome you have the right to complain to the external dispute resolution scheme we are a member of – the Financial Service Ombudsman (FOS).
