James Inwood

James Inwood Group Head of Investment Management

Email

James has been with the Group for seven years and is responsible for the co-ordination, strategy and performance of the Group’s investment management platform. He has significant expertise gained over 18 years in property finance and structuring in both listed and unlisted environments. James spent 11 years as a real estate investment trust analyst, including eight years at JPMorgan, which involved equity raisings for listed and unlisted funds.

Penny Savidan

Penny Savidan Executive - Investment Management

Penny has been with the Goodman Group for 7 years and has held various positions within the investment management team. She has primarily been responsible for the project management of corporate transactions, including new equity raises, the establishment of new investment vehicles as well as other investment initiatives. She was also heavily involved in the Group’s expansion into Brazil. Prior to joining Goodman, Penny spent 5 years as an equity analyst responsible for the property sector, and during that time she became a CFA Charterholder. 
Jonathon Day

Jonathon Day Director - Investment Management

Jonathon is responsible for the day to day operations of the Partnership, including its financial and portfolio performance, reporting to the Investment Committee and enhancing the Partnership's portfolio in line with its investment objectives. Jonathon has over nine years’ experience in finance and real estate spanning across property development, private equity investment and real estate funds management in Australia, Europe and the UK.

Jonathon holds a Bachelor of Property Economics (Hon) from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Darryl Chua

Darryl joined Goodman in October 2013 and is responsible for assisting the Partnership Manager in the operation of GADP, particularly with respect to financial reporting, analysis and forecasting as well as portfolio and capital management.

Prior to joining Goodman, Darryl worked with Macquarie Group for over five years in both its real estate financing team and its investment banking division, Macquarie Capital, specialising in real estate corporate advisory.

Richard Wilson

Richard is responsible for the day-to-day operations of GAIP including its financial and portfolio performance, reporting to Security holders and the Board and enhancing the Partnership's portfolio in line with its investment objectives. 

He has 17 years of experience in the property funds management industry in both listed and unlisted products, initially in finance and investment analysis and more recently in corporate transactions and structuring. Prior to joining Goodman, Richard was the fund manager for Multiplex Capital’s unlisted funds.

Anthony Alexander

Anthony joined Goodman in March 2013. He is responsible for assisting the Partnership Manager with the day-to-day operations of GAIP, working closely with the management team on financial reporting and forecasting, as well as the portfolio management of the Partnership.

Prior to joining Goodman, Anthony worked for five years at Macquarie Group, initially in finance before joining the funds management group.

Kristoffer Harvey Chief Investment Officer - Greater China

Kristoffer joined Goodman Group in 2002 and has held various positions during that time in Goodman Group’s corporate, investment management, capital transactions, development and asset management teams. He is responsible for the management, strategy and performance of Goodman China Logistics Partnership, reporting to the Board of Directors and investors.

Kristoffer has worked on Goodman’s investment and expansion plans across Asia Pacific, including Hong Kong, China, Japan and Singapore. He has close to 15 years of property experience and is a qualified property valuer. He holds a Bachelor of Property Economics and a Masters in Applied Finance.

 

Andy Fung team member

Andy Fung Director - Investment Management

Andy is responsible for assisting the day to day management and continued expansion of GCLP platform.  He works closely with the management team in providing financial forecast and reporting to investors. He relocated to Hong Kong in 2009 after joining Goodman in New Zealand in 2007 where he worked in the development, capital transaction and investment management division.

Andy has over 12 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance and real estate sector.  He is a qualified chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst.

Emmanuel Van der Stichele Director - Investment Management

Emmanuel is the Partnership Manager for GEP and is a member of the Board of Managers of the Partnership. He is responsible for the overall strategy, management and performance of GEP and as such reports to the Investment Committee and investors. Emmanuel has extensive real estate investment experience, having closed and managed transactions in both the private and public real estate equity and debt markets. Previously, Emmanuel has been a London based member of a global real estate private equity group. Emmanuel has further been involved in real estate finance as well as in several IPOs and capital raisings for real estate vehicles.

Thomas De Meester Associate Director - Investment Management

Thomas is responsible for capital management and reporting for the Goodman European Partnership, in close cooperation with the management team, as well as assisting with the overall execution of the Partnership's strategy. Prior to this position, Thomas was the GEP Transaction Manager with a focus on all aspects regarding acquisitions and sales of assets for the Partnership, and Analyst for GEP responsible for the Partnership level modelling and financial forecasting, including Partnership performance. Thomas joined Goodman in 2008 as junior Development Manager working in the Benelux and Central Eastern Europe region. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Leuven) and in General Management (Vlerick Management School).

Hans Ongena Director - Investment Management

Hans is the Investment Manager, responsible for the overall strategy, management and performance of KGG and as such reports to the Investment Committee and investors. Prior to this position, Hans was the GEP Transaction Manager with a focus on all aspects regarding acquisitions and sales of assets for the Partnership, and Analyst for GEP responsible for the Partnership level modelling and financial forecasting, including Partnership performance. Before joining Goodman, Hans worked as an adviser in the Corporate Finance division of KPMG Belgium. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics (Antwerp) and in Financial Management (Vlerick Management School).

Carl Moerman Analyst - Investment Management

Carl is the Analyst for KGG, responsible for the Fund level modelling and financial forecasting, including Fund performance. He joined Goodman in 2012 as Business Analyst working in the finance department of the Continental European Business. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leuven, after which he obtained an additional Master’s degree in General Management at the Vlerick Business School.

Hugh Baggie

Hugh Baggie Director, Investment Management

Hugh Baggie joined Goodman in September 2016 and has overall responsibility for the management and operations of Goodman Hong Kong Logistics Partnership. He has 12 years of real estate and finance experience, having commenced his professional career in Australia with Ernst & Young, before joining the investment bank of Macquarie in London in 2007 and then the real estate group of Macquarie in Hong Kong in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney, and is a qualified chartered accountant with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Kristoffer Harvey is responsible for the management, strategy and development of Goodman Group’s activities in the Greater China region. He joined Goodman Group in 2002 and has held various positions during that time in Goodman Group’s corporate, investment management, capital transactions, development and asset management teams. He has worked on Goodman Group’s investment and expansion plans across Asia Pacific, including Hong Kong, China, Japan and Australia. He has over 15 years of property experience and is a qualified property valuer. He holds a Bachelor of Property Economics and a Masters in Applied Finance.

Angus Brooks Chief Executive Officer

Angus has overall executive responsibility for Goodman’s operation in Japan.

Angus has been living in Tokyo, Japan for the last six years. He has over 15 years of real estate, investment and finance experience across a number of global markets. Angus began his career in Adelaide, South Australia for a boutique investment company before working for Bank of Scotland in Sydney in real estate and structured finance, before joining the real estate group of Macquarie Group in Sydney and later Johannesburg, South Africa.

 

Angus holds an Honours Degree of Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide.

Minoru Hirohata President

Minoru has overall responsibility for the operations of Goodman Japan Funds in his position as CEO & Representative Director.  He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of asset management having previously held senior roles with the Japanese general contractor, Kajima Corporation in both Japan and the US in addition to Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and Risa Partners. Minoru holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Waseda University (Japan) and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University (US). He is also a registered real estate transaction manager, a US qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an Internal Administrator of Security Brokerage, and a 1st Class Security Broker. Minoru is a member of the Goodman Japan Funds board of directors.

Yasuo Motonaga Chief Investment Officer

Yasuo has over 27 years of experience in real estate. Yasuo joined Goodman Japan Funds in 2009 after spending 3 years in the commercial real estate group of Deutsche Bank. Previous roles included senior positions with Risa Partners, JP Morgan for 8 years and Orix Corporation for 13 years. Yasuo holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Otaru University of Commerce. He is also a registered real estate transaction manager, a real estate consulting manager, and a 1st Class Security Broker. Yasuo is a member of the Goodman Japan Funds board of directors.

Kenny Lin Chief Financial Officer

Kenny oversees Goodman Japan Funds’ accounting and finance function and has been in Japan since November 2004. He has over 13 years of audit, accounting and product control experiences in the real estate and asset management industry. Prior to joining Goodman Japan, he held audit and finance roles with KPMG Hong Kong, Merrill Lynch Japan and most recently Lehman Brothers Japan in overseeing the product control function of its real estate business in Asia. Kenny is a Certified Public Accountant.

Andy Wan Associate Director - Investment Management

Andy is responsible for valuation, research and property level analysis for Goodman Japan Funds.  Andy has over 10 years of real estate, investment and banking experience in the United States, Taiwan and Japan. Prior to joining Goodman, he held underwriting and analytical roles at Capmark, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and most recently a boutique fund manager in Japan. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, International Business from Stern School of Business at New York University. Andy is bilingual in Japanese and English.

Aaron is responsible for strategy, management and performance of the Partnership, in addition to managing reporting and investor relationships. Aaron started his career in the property and real estate financial markets in 2000 and has worked at Goodman since 2002. He has held a number of positions within funds management and corporate services both in Australia and the UK.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) from the University of Western Sydney. 

 
Graham Wahlberg

Graham joined the GNAP Management Team in January 2016 after spending one year as Acquisitions Manager at Avistone, an investment management firm in Orange County, CA.

Previous to Avistone, Graham worked at Goodman for three years as Development and Acquisitions Associate. In his current capacity, he will work closely with Aaron on the strategy, performance and day to day management of GNAP. 

Graham holds a Bachelor of Science (Construction) from CSU Fresno and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

Craig has been with Goodman for 11 years and is responsible for the strategy, performance and management of the KWASA-Goodman Industrial Partnership.

He joined the Group in 2002 in the role of Project Manager and has since held a number of positions namely Development Manager, General Manger (QLD), Director of Southern Europe and Group Operations Executive.

He has 17 years of experience in the property industry and holds a degree in Development and Construction Management from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Prior to Goodman, Craig worked for Westfield for two years.

Shoreh joined the KGIP team in December 2014. She is responsible for assisting the Director - Investment Management with the day to day operation of KGIP, working closely with the Management team on the financial reporting and forecasting as well as the portfolio management of the Partnership. 

She joined Goodman in June 2005 and worked in Goodman’s property services team before being seconded to Shanghai and Hong Kong where she worked on the launch of GCLP and management of GHKLP. Her most recent role was the Assistant Fund Manager of GAP and GADP in Australia.


Stephen Young

Stephen is responsible for the strategy, management and performance of the Fund, in addition to managing reporting and unitholder relationships.

Stephen has 16 years experience in the UK and European property industry and begun his career with Drivers Jonas before joining Arlington in 1999. He has been with Goodman for 11 years spending 5 years managing a number of the UK Business Parks prior to his appointment as European Development Director where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of the Fund portfolio. Stephen was appointed Fund Manager in 2006.

Stephen has a degree in Estate Management from De Montfort University.
